Great photo, my dear Cris, but even greater the idea and the way of inserting and bounding the history hint with the artistic concept together to the extent of creating a precious piece of photo and painting complex!!...Yes, I agree with Ansgar Leuthner, it's like a fresco being unveiled after "scrutinizing" and "scratching" the flaking paint from a rotten wall of a ruined medieval abbey!....(...a sort of "Last Supper" refiguration in Santa Maria delle Grazie's wall.- if I may beg for...God's forgiveness for the sacrilege of my comparison!!) Anyway, your inventing work was a real bliss to me,Cris this morning and as I don't beleive in "appreciations", "public favourites" and all these nonsense, I enclose it with great pleasure in my private collection. ...two photos, combined? The ruined house and the water (the lagoon?)...could be a vision of the future...when the poles are free of ice and the oceans are flooding great parts of low lands ..the photograph itself looks like a fresco on an old wall...very fine work, Sister!
