Hi Regi,
Amboseli is predestined for such elephant encounters as you show here.
To observe these family groups of mothers, sisters and the youngest offspring is always unique for me...and the whole thing in this typical landscape at a brilliant time of day.
For me, this is always the motivation to leave the camp also in the dark to experience these spectacles even in the early morning. Just like at sunset

  May I nevertheless make a small suggestion for improvement?
  I think the image effect would be even better in 16:9 format if you left out something at the bottom.

  Hi Uli , time of day is to me most important as we paint our images with light .therefore early mornings before sunrise as late returns are a must to me and I suppose you act the same way , as for the 16:9 perhaps I should spent more attention to cropping or sizing , but that is at present the least of my thoughts , anyway thanks for your comment on that one , and after taking a closer look I think you are right .Thanks for the comment , appreciate , Regards Regi
