TAKEN AT LETCHWORTH VILLAGE- A FORMER NY STATE HOSPITAL FOR THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED. IT APPEARS AS THOUGH SOMEONE IS RESTING ON THEIR HAND LOOK OUT THE WINDOW. THIS FACILITY HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE THE EARLY 90'S AND IS BORDED UP. IT IS RUMORED TO BE HAUNTED- WHAT DO YOU THINK?
