New England Aster
The New England aster (also known as hairy Michaelmas-daisy) is an ornamental plant native to the northern USA.
The aster genus is popular for use in gardens with over 1000 hybrids and cultivars worldwide.
It’s especially valued for its rich autumn blooming flowers (september to sometimes late october).
Dutch name : Herfstaster
German name : Raublatt-Aster (auch Neuengland-Aster genannt)
Latin name : Symphyotrichum novae-angliae
